Email Marketing and Paid Ad Management for ClubWorx
ClubWorx is a lifestyle gym with a family-forward, community-centric approach. It is upscale in comparison with lower priced competitors, and Pulley Media was brought in to assist with SEO, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising (Google Ads and Facebook Ads). As a Google Premier Partner agency, and longtime member of this gym, it was a perfect fit. We have been working constantly on improving their messaging to target the audience that is most likely to convert, and get their existing clientele the information they need in a timely manner. Some of our recent work includes:
- Creation of all new ad graphics for Facebook, with regular updates to the images to avoid creative fatique
- Unique email marketing messaging sent to different audience segments
- Fine-tuning their messaging to showcase recent member accomplishments and community involvement
A Custom Approach
Every customer persona is unique, so why show them all the same ad? We created graphics showcasing their childcare center, to be shown to parents. Likewise, we created images showing groups playing basketball, to show people interested in sports. This has resulted in a greater click-thru-rate overall.
Building On What Works
When you have a client that has been in business as long as ClubWorx has (more than 20 years!), it's important to respect that they know their audience. They have run similar specials annually each year, and have information about what has been a hit, and what has been a miss. Regular conversations and reviewing old data on open rates and CTRs for different campaigns has been an important tool in this process!
